Man and WomanOkay, so I haven’t updated this rag in a while… but I have a good excuse. I got engaged last Friday (the 4th of July). It happened in Central Park in NYC. It feels a bit weird to announce this on my blog, but it would feel weirder (more weird?) to just keep posting without mentioning it. My girlfriend had gone up to Philadelphia to help a friend move and then on to NYC to visit her brother and sister-in-law who live in Queens. I went up Thursday night to meet her. Friday we toured Manhattan (on foot!) with her sister-in-law and ended up in Central Park. Her sister-in-law left us on a park bench to “go take some pictures” (she now has approximately 68 photos of a random statue in Central Park) and I proposed. It was pretty sweet… especially the part where she said yes. So anyway, that’s why I haven’t really been to focused on my blog lately… priorities and all, you know. Prior to this I’ve also been in Tampa for a week for my cousins wedding and West Virginia visiting my fiancee’s family. So no flack about the lack of posts. Frequency will increase as chaos decreases.
